We are recruiting the following researchers to promote the development of cutting-edge semiconductors device for next-generation computing hardware.
1. Researchers who develop the AI chip and analog semiconductor chip development (advanced integrated circuit design, next-generation CMOS device process development, cryoCMOS technology, etc.),
2. Researchers who develop advanced technologies that are not limited to the pursuit of miniaturization generations, such as new materials, three-dimensional integration technology, and development of dissimilar material joining technology.
3. Researchers who develop semiconductor processes for contributes to open innovation in AIST's 300mm semiconductor production line, etc. Especially we welcome those who have experience working in semiconductor manufacturing lines.
Applicants are also expected to actively absorb knowledge and technology in relevant fields and promote interdisciplinary R&D integrating different technologies.
We welcome those who do not have a doctoral degree but who are motivated to utilize their practical experience at a company for the social implementation of AIST's R&D. |

AIST is recruiting the following researchers in order to promote the development of ultra-low power consumption devices, new principle devices, device integration, etc.
1. Researcher who promotes R&D of device and process technologies for non-volatile memory, nano-sized metal interconnect, etc., by using AIST's 300mm process facility.
2. Researcher who promotes R&D of device and process technologies for non-volatile memory, nano-sized metal interconnect, etc., by using AIST's process facility for small wafers.
3. Researcher who promotes experimental or theoretical studies on novel electronic device technology based on new principles and/or new materials.
Concerning 1, it is desirable (but not a strict requirement) that applicants have experience of R&D of semiconductor devices at device manufacturer or tool manufacturer.
Concerning 2 and 3, special expertise and experiences are not required.
