Skills and Experience |
We are widely recruiting individuals to work on a project that evaluates and analyzes water electrolysis, which requires further improvements in performance, durability, and cost reduction to promote the utilization of low-carbon hydrogen and other related technologies.
We are looking for individuals who can handle the planning and coordination of research promotion meetings including industry representatives, preparation of samples for evaluation, and technical development of the evaluation and analysis platform. This includes evaluating alkaline water electrolysis and AEM-type water electrolysis, and coordinating with domestic and international parties towards international standardization. Applicants should possess knowledge in electrical engineering, chemistry, materials science, mechanical engineering, etc., and have sufficient experience in water electrolysis and brine electrolysis, as well as international experience. We also welcome applications from individuals who do not hold a doctoral degree but are eager to utilize their practical experience in industry for research and development and social implementation of results at AIST. |

Research and development of methane hydrate resource development technology |

Skills and Experience |
For the commercialization of natural gas production from methane hydrate reservoir, sedimental property analysis of natural oceanic cores and natural methane hydrate bearing cores, and simulation analysis to ensure the amount of production gas and ground stability during gas production are required.
We seek researchers with advanced knowledge and motivation in chemical engineering, resource engineering and reservoir engineering, earth science, and geotechnical engineering. |
