Title Research and Development of the Most Advanced Semiconductor Device
Job Summary and Essential/Desirable Skills and Experience We are recruiting the following researchers to promote the development of leading-edge semiconductor devices.

1. Researchers who develop advanced semiconductor device technologies.
2. Researcheres who develop advanced lithography process technologies using EUVL, etc.
3. Researchers who develop advanced logic and/or analog integrated circuit design technlogies.
4. Researchers who develop environmental impact assessment and green technology for semiconductor manufacturing.
5. Researchers who develop new materials, Si qubit devices.
6. Researchers who develop semiconductor processes for the development of ultra-low power consumption devices and new principle devices, external use of facilities, etc. using the PoC fab at AIST.

We welcome not only those who have research experience in semiconductor devices, but also researchers who are motivated to promote integrated, challenging research across fields regardless of their specialty.
We also welcome those who do not have a doctoral degree but who are motivated to utilize their practical experience at a company for the social implementation of AIST's R&D.

Title R&D of Core Technologies for Next-Generation Electronics
Job Summary and Essential/Desirable Skills and Experience We are recruiting researchers to work on one of the following research topics.

1. R&D on electronic devices and associated fabrication technologies supporting edge computing, ultra-low-power operation, next-generation communications, and semiconductor manufacturing and inspection.
