3. Researchers who develop environmental impact assessment and green technology for semiconductor manufacturing
4. Researchers who develop new materials, Si qubit devices
5. Researchers who develop semiconductor processes for the development of ultra-low power consumption devices and new principle devices, external use of facilities, etc. using the PoC fab at AIST.
