Title Research and development of materials diagnostic technologies for polymer materials
Job Summary and Essential/Desirable Skills and Experience We are seeking researchers who are motivated to advance sustainable materials utilization through the development of diagnostic and characterization technologies for polymer materials, including plastics and rubber. Title Development of functional chemical manufacturing technology based on catalyst and synthesis technology
Job Summary and Essential/Desirable Skills and Experience Based on catalysis and organic synthesis, we develop technologies for producing high-value-added functional chemicals (fine chemicals) and functional materials from underutilized and bio-based resources. We also develop resource recycling technologies for persistent and difficult-to-decompose materials and waste. Our core technology is the precise control of electron-transfer reactions using metal complexes, light, electricity, and related approaches. Through these research activities, we aim to contribute to the realization of a circular economy. In addition, we promote research digital transformation (DX) by incorporating data science, artificial intelligence (AI), and automation technologies. We also pursue interdisciplinary research that integrates environmental science, materials science, and life science to create new value. We are seeking researchers with advanced expertise and experimental skills in catalysis, synthetic chemistry, polymer chemistry, materials science, bio-related chemistry, chemical engineering, information science, or related fields. Successful candidates are expected to actively collaborate with researchers from diverse disciplines and communicate effectively across fields.
