Notice of Facility Operations When the Typhoon Approaches
Due to the approaching typhoon, AIST-Cube and the Geological Museum may be required to close temporarily at short notice around September 21, 2026, depending on weather conditions and transportation disruptions.
Please note that AIST will be closed for holidays during this period. Therefore, we may not be able to provide timely updates on our official website or official X (formerly Twitter) account.
If you plan to visit either facility, please contact us by telephone on the day of your visit to confirm whether the facility is open. If the facility is open, the telephone line will be available.
