As the 6th RD20 International Conference will be held in India in December, a separate Japan symposium will be held during the Tokyo GX Week organized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). In addition to publicizing RD20 domestically and internationally, the symposium will appeal to the world from the perspective of carbon neutrality-related technology, human resource development, and capacity building.
From overseas, the speakers are top-class researchers of TERI (India), Fraunhofer-ISE (Germany), and IPHE. They will speak about technological developments in biofuels, PV, and hydrogen.
From Japan, the speakers are Mr. Takashi Shimazu, President and CRO of Toyota Central R&D Labs, Dr. Yoshiaki Kawajiri, Nagoya University Professor, Dr. Tatsumi Ishihara, Kyushu University Professor. From AIST, the speakers are Dr. Akira Yoshino, the Director of Global Zero Emission Research Center, Dr. Jun Hashimoto, the Team Leader of Renewable Energy Research Center, Energy Network Team, and Dr. Takehisa Mochizuki, the Group Leader of Energy Process Research Institute, Energy Catalyst Technology Group.
In the poster session, there will be presentations of carbon-neutral related technologies from companies and research institutions at the venue.
