Details of Job Opportunity
The project is recruiting a researcher (or two) who will work on the enhancement of the industrial IoT network security, using information aggregated from all of service, network and physical layers for analyzing/controlling network traffic.  Candidates who have expertise on network control, security, protocol and/or flow analysis are welcomed. This position is open to everyone who has significant experiences, skills and achievements required for the project, regardless of whether the candidate holds Ph.D. degree or not.
Monthly salary scheme applies to this position. Base monthly salary is determined in consideration of professional carrier, research experiences and the like within AIST salary range starting from 300,500 JPY.
The scheme also includes bonus pay twice a year as well as work responsibility allowance, overtime allowance and commuting allowance as monthly pay in addition to base monthly salary.
Model annual salary: approx. 6,000,000 JPY
Model assumptions: Age 28, completed doctoral courses at graduate school. Under discretionary working system.

Start of Employment
At any time
From April 1, 2019 until March 31, 2021 at most.
The term will be determined during the selection process.
