Details of Job Opportunity
We seek for a researcher who will engage in the research on Driver State Inference and can be responsible for research strategy planning, project management as well.
Education and training of young laboratory members will also be required. The research theme is inference of driver states and service applications. 
Driver states include driving skill, fatigue, drowsiness, inattentiveness, cognitive impairment of older drivers, medical emergency, and ride comfort. Applicant is expected to have experience of research in industry or collaborative research with industry in related fields. Having experience of project management is also preferable.
Compensation
Salary decision for the successful candidates will be made under annual salary system that is designed to compensate highly qualified research scientists. 
Base annual salary is determined based on their professional experience, job responsibilities and other relevant factors. Work responsibility allowance, overtime allowance and commuting allowance are separately provided in accordance with the Rules on Salary of Fixed-term employees. (Note: This position is not entitled to housing allowance or family allowance.)
 
The sponsor company may have job openings for further research and development after the project ends depending on its results.
Start of Employment Octover 1st, 2020
Tenure Employment term will be determined in the selection process (Up to March 31st, 2025)
