Title Development of analysis and evaluation technology for perovskite solar cells
Details of Job Opportunity We recruit researchers who contributes to the development of analysis and evaluation technology for perovskite solar cells. Specifically, we recruit a researcher who has expertise in semiconductor physics, has excellent experiences in the analysis and evaluation of semiconductor devices, such as solar cells and semiconductor materials, and contributes to the following works.

(1) Development of analysis and performance evaluation technology for materials and devices of perovskite solar cells

(2) Development of analysis technology for device degradation of perovskite solar cells, such as analysis of semiconductor crystal defects using impedance spectroscopy

(3) Performance evaluation and degradation analysis of perovskite solar cells developed in the project. Experience in semiconductor devices such as solar cells is desirable, but experience in perovskite solar cells is not required. It is desirable to have sufficient communication ability and cooperativeness to smoothly carry out work in cooperation with the other participants of the project.
