My suggestion is breakdown of contents as follows:•Background and setting of themes for technological development•Organization of the consortium and management method•Results obtained etc..Answer (Atsushi Masuda)I reorganized the structure of each chapter, and changed the chapter titles to reflect the content. For chapter 4, in response to your suggestion, I divided the text into subchapters and added some details.
