Polymer Electrolyte Fuel Cell Cutting-Edge Research Center (FC-Cubic)broadly recruits the implementors of this project. We aim you utilize our new measuring and analysis technologies, which resulted from our scientific research of the "electrode catalyst", "polymer electrolyte membrane", and "mass transfer" of Polymer Electrolyte Fuel Cell, in the industries.
Any party to desire the implementation of the project, please apply to this public notification based on follows.
2. Technological contents

3. Qualification to apply
The group which desires acceptance of this project solely or with another/others must meet all of following three requirements.
1. Having achievements of the research and development in the field related to this project and also organization and staff that can advance their current research plan.
2. Having management basis and funds necessary to accomplish this project smoothly.
3. Having a system to appropriately accomplish measures which FC-cubic need in enforcing this project.

2. Screening criterion
a. The purpose must meet the intention of FC-Cubic.
b. Superior methods and the contents of the research / development which will be utilized from this project are expected.
c. Having achievements in the field related to this project.
d. Having good system to enforce this project.
e. Having good management basis.
f. Having researchers necessary for the project to be accomplished.
g. Having a system to appropriately accomplish measures which FC-cubic need in managing this project.
5. Contract
We exchange Agreements that AIST designates before we start this project.
