At the MPI (Material Process Innovation) platform of the AIST Chugoku Center, process informatics (PI) technology is developing to achieve rapid optimization and performance improvement of manufacturing process by integrating data-driven research. We are looking for people with experience in organic and polymer material science (polymer synthesis, material manufacturing, resin/rubber composite material, etc.), in-situ analysis (in-line spectroscopy, operando scattering, imaging technology etc.), and DX technology (machine learning, AI, automation, etc.) .
