GNC, AIST is developing the "core technologies of Green nanoelectronics" which has been the program called FIRST (Funding Program for World-Leading Innovative R&D on Science and Technology by the Cabinet Office of Japan). The purpose of this research is to reduce LSI power consumption extraordinarily.
This symposium will introduce GNC's current research and the past research outcomes. It will also have debates with participants through presentations of invited researchers from home and abroad, panel discussion and poster session in order to produce more successful result of the project.
