  • SEVENS
    SEVENS is a database including 7-TMR (7 transmembrane helix receptor) candidates predicted from various kinds of genome sequences, using sequence search, motif and domain assignment, transmembrane helix prediction and the gene quality refinement. This system is intended to detect sequences of multi-exon or remote homologues that can not be detected by using conventional sequence search tools alone.

  • PDB-REPRDB
    PDB-REPRDB is a reorganized database of protein chains from PDB(Protein Data Bank), and provides "the list of the representative protein chains" and "the list of similar protein chain groups".

  • ETLCDB
    "ETL character databases" were collected in Electrotechnical Laboratory (the present, AIST) under the cooperation with Japan Electronic Industry Developement Association (the present, Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association), universities and the other research organizations. These databases ETL1 - ETL9 contain about 1.2 million hand-written and machine-printed character images which include Japanese, Chinese, Latin and Numeric characters for character recognition researches. The databases are freely available for research purposes.
  • QCLDB
    Quantum Chemistry Literature Data Base is a genuine Japanese literature database of theoretical quantum chemistry research concerning the electron conditions, molecule structures, physical properties, etc. of atoms and molecules, the information sources of which are research theses on non-experiential theoretical computation of the electron structures of atoms and molecules (in the Journal of Chemical Physics and so forth).
