Department of Chemical Systems

The Department's research is aimed at innovating chemical systems, and research into energy conservation and environmental protection, where systemization is important. Specific studies for innovative process are on membranes; supercritical fluids; reaction use thermal energy transportation and utilization systems; molecular recognition materials; processing methods of functional fine particles; nonlinear chemical systems including chaotic phenomena; and environmental protection techniques such as decomposition of toxic chemical substances, CO2 separation membranes, and new refrigerant properties.
