User friendly Gelogical and Geophysical Database

This "data base" project is a part of "Research project on the formation and estimation method on island arc type hydrocarbon resources", Geological Survey of Japan.

The purpose of this study is:

1. Survey the efficient methods to serve basic geological and geophysical data.
2. Build up serving system with various tools, as WWW.
3. Collect various geological and geophysical dataset.
4. Serve them with userfriendly and easy to use way.
5. Make documents about the dataset and guide to use.
